This is an honest and tough review to write. My physiotherapist was great. The receptionist day staff was continually challenging and rude. After discovering my wsib claim had not yet been approved, I proceeded to call to ensure that my file was being submitted. Not sure what the delay was, but they seemed to be concerned that the claim was in process DUE to the failure on their end. They also argued sending my doctors referral for physio to wsib. I saw Nandhini Arjunan the physiotherapist and she was amazing. I saw her first for pain in my leg and then my left arm/shoulder pain and I cannot say enough good things! My pain is gone and I feel so much better!!

Initially I had a rough go with my treatment here, I was not feeling connected with my PT and was experiencing no change in my condition. HOWEVER… after the owner became aware of the situation, she made sure to rectify it herself! I was shocked at how quickly she worked to get me into her already busy schedule to personally take over my care plan.
