Disgusting post sales experience. A complete lack of integrity and honour. Anyone thinking of buying a car from here, I would warn off. I doubt they will be operating in 3 months for you to claim back from them.
I bought a car. It broke down within a few weeks due to an oil leak. I had it sent back to the garage they use and they said both themselves and the garage said it was good to go. The next morning i notice it dripping oil on my driveway. I tell them I wanted a refund as they had an opportunity to repair and it was still not as advertised. Come now to four months later. Awful place bought a car several months ago now the wet belt broke and granted the said they would complete works needed as it was under warranty, 6 weeks later they send the car back to me with little to no communication from them I had to constantly chase for information, the car within 24hours malfunctioned, called them straight away daily for a few days finally they answered said they would call me back I’m still waiting weeks later, I had to get another garage to look at my car there is over 1ks worth of work that’s nee... read more
