He allowed me to waste my time travelling all the way from Bury to view a car, and when I arrived, he told me there was no point in taking it for a test drive. Clearly, this salesman isn't interested in actually selling cars. I find it baffling

Disgusting post sales experience. A complete lack of integrity and honour. Anyone thinking of buying a car from here, I would warn off. I doubt they will be operating in 3 months for you to claim back from them.
