Scott is always so helpful when I message him. He helped trade out a 3G device that would be obsolete soon. He goes wherever our vehicles are. They just have to sit still a few minutes and he does the magic to get them updated or fitted with whatever we need.
I was very happy with two previous installations on two of my cars. However, this third installation was disappointing for several reasons. Immediately after the installation, the car wouldn't start and a couple of times my wife was stranded. I was polite but ultimately asked that all hardware be removed. SK kept the money and the hardware. He works hard and it seems like customer service is important to him. That's all the more reason why this experience was so regrettable.
Honest, fast and best of all... Comes to you. I highly recommend Mr. Kramer's work to anyone needing security in their life.
