I have been trying to purchase a replacement drawer for my vanity for months. They do not answer calls, and when they do, they deflect. I am trying to pay this company money for their product. This poor customer service and inability to simply take order is so frustrating.
We had a ton of unexpected issues and Sachin took care of all of them. Big projects are always a headache, all you can ask for is someone who stands behind their work and in the end delivers a high quality result. Looking forward to using them again on my next project.
