Great company! Communication was always timely, which gave me a lot of peace of mind—especially since that can be a concern when working with contractors. They also used incremental payments, so I always felt comfortable knowing the work would continue as planned. The fireplace looks fantastic, and I’ve already received so many compliments. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I found them through Thumbtack and scheduled an estimate with their project manager, Tom. During our consultation, I made it very clear that I had a strict 30-day timeline and asked whether they could realistically complete the work within that timeframe. Tom assured me that they could.
