I purchased a Bosch 8 series dishwasher with professional built-under installation through the Good Guys. From the moment Kenneth from S&K Home case Services arrived, issues began. He initially refused to perform the built-under installation I had specifically paid for, insisting he would only do a free-standing install. After I showed him my receipt confirming what I'd purchased, he reluctantly agreed. Ken installed a new and removed an old dishwasher. Excellent and professional service. Ken explain how to best use and maintain our dishwasher.
Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our job went as smoothly as we could have asked. Very happy with everything.
Excellent customer service. Ken was friendly and flexible. He installed my new wall-mounted dryer and provided me with all of the information I needed to start using it straight away. I'll be returning to S&K for future maintenance and repair needs.
