Sean has great handyman skills however I was not so thrilled with much else. First day he showed up (on time), he worked 2 to 3 hrs and then took off even though he was paid for a full days work. The next two scheduled times, he canceled/rescheduled. Last day he came, he expected me to pay him for another day worth of work. Needless to say, we didn’t see eye to eye. You get what you pay for.
Did an excellent job painting an area I could not reach and installing a light fixture. Arrived at the scheduled time and was in and out in under the estimate with everything looking professional. Highly recommend!
We have used S&K Construction about 6 times. Sean has done interior and exterior painting including kitchen cabinets, installed tile backsplash, light fixtures, window and door trim, sheetrock repair and much more. I would definitely use S&K Construction in the future.
Sean is a very professional man of many talents. He can adapt to any situation that occurs on the job and come up with a quality solution. Works hard. You should let him help with your project.
We hired S&K Construction to replace our sliding glass door with French doors. Our sliding door was old, and stuck in place. We couldn’t even access our backyard without going out the front door. Sean’s work was completed in a professional and friendly manner! The cost was very reasonable, as well. We’re so happy with our new door and look forward to future projects with S&K Construction.
