Very sad this company was bought out by chinese, then they dropped half there catalog of tools and cant keep nothing in stock. Been loyal for 40 years, guess its time to move on. SK is a husk of what it was.
Have been waiting on warranty replacement parts since January 3, 2023. It is now June 16, 2023. Jumped through all the hoops for approval of the warranty replacement and have been told repeatedly that the parts are on backorder. Then, just today, I called to be told they have received the part, but they didn't pass quality inspection. Seem like some lazy corporate executives need to get their act together and do better business with their providers.
S K tool kit given to me by my dad in 1972, along with a car to fix. Still using what I have left 50 years later.
Sorry to see another American company sold to the Chinese and when we have nothing else to sell then what do we become, them? or do we start over? Greed I am sure...
