I had several tree service companies come out to give me a quote for a mature HUGE black walnut tree. Two of those tree companies declined the job due to the tree size and location near power lines. S&K have a crane and a very experienced crew to safely remove the tree. The crew were great! They were nice and very helpful. I was making furniture out of the tree, and they paid great attention to the instructions of the cutting of the tree. S&K prices WERE VERY FAIR in their pricing. I will definitely recommend them to others.
These guys are pros! Friendly, efficient and thorough. Prices are very, very reasonable. Highly recommend their service. I have used S and K’s services three times now and each time they are thorough, reliable and priced especially fair for the work they do. If you need trees removed, call them!
Great company. Had them remove a tree that was very close to my home. They were able to remove the tree safely and left the yard cleaner than they found it. They were able to leave the wood chips on site to use in our garden and were able to take a section of the log and cut it into boards for me for a piece of furniture for my wife. What more can you ask for? Great team as well. All courteous and friendly and got the job done fast. Also no high pressure sales tactics. Can’t recommend them enough.

Used S&K not so long ago to remove a large, dying walnut tree close to our home and close to a newly planted red bud. They brought in their crane and crew in a very efficient process to remove the tree with no damage to our other trees and no damage to our house or shed. The process was amazing to watch. S&K cleaned up all of the fallen branches and walnuts (lots of walnuts) and left the area cleaner than what it had been. We will use S&K again.
