After receiving my order, I was very excited as the quality is great! However I made a mistake and ordered pastel instead of the rainbow watercolor. I second what somebody already wrote, the customer service has to be the absolute worst I’ve received. I wrote a very honest and thoughtful email, and I was met with a really inappropriate tone, as well as an extremely condescending associate. Our decal not only arrived quicker but was very carefully packaged and a great deal of cate was taken for our decal our pens to arrive safely and without harm. I've had loads of these - new one for every house. I use them for my shopping list and it works a treat. This one was perfect size for all family members to add what's important to them!
