Having just bought a new house, we have had multiple projects done, both inside and outside the house from multiple contractors. S&K Contracting was by far the most professional, communicative, and high quality. We definitely recommend.
We found Scott through an architect we were working with. We ended up not doing the addition that the architect drew up, and rather worked with Scott directly on a large remodel project of kitchen, dining, living, and staircase. Solid work, reasonable price, and highly trust-worthy. We'd work with Scott again on future projects.
Scott has helped me in the past with several repair projects and he has always gone a good job.
Our family has worked with S&K Contracting on two home remodel projects thus far. We did structural modifications and framing changes for a total kitchen makeover/hiding of visible beams as well as a full basement remodel which included addition of a bathroom, basement flooding mitigation, and framing to our specs.
