I used to spend money here at least once a month but they won’t get another cent out of me. I bought a hot comb that might have been defective. It apparently goes up to 450 degrees but I don’t believe it actually reached 450. I got sick the day after and wasn’t able to return it until the 8th day (return policy is 7 days). They don’t value us. REVIEW FROM AN EDUCATED BLACK WOMEN, CHRISTIAN BELIEVER, COMMUNITY ACTIVIST AND BUSINESS OWNER: They are trying to appeal to the Black Women, therefore they try to appear as a Christian Business in a Black Community. Simply bought the wrong hair conditioner for my child, brought it back the next day to purchase something even more expensive and was told it was against the return policy. Sells broken goods and refuses to refund money even tho similar goods are unavailable for sale xchange. U are ultimately forced to make a purchase of something or lose ur money. That’s a horrible business practice. Will not be shopping here longer. Have spent lots of money here in the past. Refund policy needs to be reviewed especially in this instance. Take ur business elsewhere I advise.
