Steve came, and fixed our stove! He did an awesome job! The oven wasn't heating, he came, looked, and came back the next day with the part. He fixed it, and it works perfectly!! I will always support local businesses over big companies!

The service was amazing the people there where so nice and it was so cheap it didn't even take them a day to do it
The owner fixed my dishwasher but broke something else. I called them numerous time for months and at the end, the owner told me to take my business somewhere else. I did and had to pay additional money for diagnosis fee and others, not mentioned that I was put off for months. You can't trust them or count on them at all. The service was terrible, the worst ever.
It gives me no pleasure to write a review such as this but this place is terrible and you need to be warned. I took a wall mount microwave in for repair on a Monday and was told they would look at it that afternoon or the next day and give me a call with an estimate. There was no call so on Thursday I called them to see if they had had a chance to look at it. They said they would look at it that afternoon and give me a call.
