Huge thanks to Roy for his incredibly helpful and supportive service at 10 pm at night! While on holiday in Indonesia, my friend Roy from SK Air (also on holiday) came over to our villa to fix a major air-conditioning issue we were having. The system kept shutting off in the heat, but he quickly diagnosed the problem and had it running perfectly again. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help even while travelling. Couldn’t recommend SK Air enough for their expertise, generosity, and lightning-fast response.
