The review below me is absolutely correct! Do not work here unless you have no other options. They will fire you for the most ludacris reasons. They have certain amount of cases they want you to reach per hour and if you fail to meet those metrics, they will fire you. They care more about quantity than they do quality. Hands down the worst pay I have ever received while working here. FIRST THEY FIRED ME WHILE I WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE. The supervisor called me few days after giving birth telling me not to return to work and send them their equipment ASAP. I ended up getting unemployment benefits because the reason of firing me was ludicrous. The maternity leave was unpaid anyway so thanks because I ended up taking more time to stay home with my baby while getting unemployment benefits. The jokes was on you SJV. Hands down the best company I have ever worked for. The supervisors and leadership are extremely helpful and they work hard to help each of us reach our goals. Working from home is a huge plus, too!! 10/10 Highly recommend!!!
