If you’re looking for someone to help improve your child’s speed and agility Coach Shawn will deliver. My daughter got a chance to train with Coach Shawn during Christmas break. It was a great experience for her. Coach Shawn worked her hard, but the end results were great.

Shawn has been working with my 15-year-old for a year. Really happy with the results and the motivation. He's a baseball player in a very competitive 6A district. Shawn has a way of keeping him focused on the end game.
