Today, we called to vet a new title company in the AC/Cape May County area so we could send over multiple deals per month. We were transferred to Anthony who was extremely rude and let us know that asking specific questions about the type of deals they do was a waste of his time. He actually said, and I quote "He said, he doesn't feel like asking what he does and what he don't do is something worthy of his time. Unfortunately, this title company lied to my buyer about informing the water department about the change in ownership. I wouldn’t waste my time there. Poor communication lead to a delay in closing and I’m very upset we trusted this title company to handle closing.
SJS Title is the BEST!!! I never have to worry about any of my transactions. Very friendly staff and owner is super caring and knowledgeable. They go out of the way for all of their clients. Cathy
