I can't say enough good things about SJS Title. The team was incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish. They made the entire title process easy to understand and stress-free. On top of that, their closing costs were very competitive. A great choice for anyone needing title services.
Much cheaper and better options elsewhere. Our realtor was likely colluding with the owner here. Make sure you shop around and don’t blindly trust your realtor’s suggestion
Today, we called to vet a new title company in the AC/Cape May County area so we could send over multiple deals per month. We were transferred to Anthony who was extremely rude and let us know that asking specific questions about the type of deals they do was a waste of his time. He actually said, and I quote "He said, he doesn't feel like asking what he does and what he don't do is something worthy of his time.
