Either their techs are incompetent or need better training. After wasting a month of time and 2k in costs, they still couldn’t fix a boiler
FANTASTIC company. I've worked with SJS for over 2 years now on several residential and commercial buildings and they are nothing short of perfection. They truly care about their work and customer satisfaction with all projects and everything is always done in a timely manner. Shoutout to Emily, Rimita, Sean, Mike, and Nick. All of them are experts in their field and communication with them is always on point.
You guys need to retrain your drivers that go on Bothell routes. They are switching lanes with no signals almost cause a major wreck around 230pm. On Jan 10 coming to Bothell. Please please make sure they are doing they're job correctly its no rush seriously
