I just recently went through the POA/Will and Warranty Deed process with my mother in law. Unfortunately things were misspelled and the date was notarized incorrectly on the original documents. This led to having to go back to meet with the attorney Eric and resign half of the documents. Once these were signed again, my mother in law followed up with the office to see where the warranty deed was, she was never called back, never sent a copy and just kept getting the run around.
