The worst customer support experience I've ever had. I'm an international customer and bought a spraytan kit including machine on their site. Before I did, I consulted with a sales representative to make sure which machine I should choose as I am based in Switzerland. She picked out the machine for me and never advised me that the voltage of the turbine is too low for Swiss electricity plugs.
