I ordered a Fuji spray tan gun through Sjolie, and when it arrived the gun was dented. I contacted their customer service hoping for a replacement, but they refused — saying “it won’t affect the spray.” While that may be true, a brand-new gun should not arrive damaged, especially at this price point. I recommended they replace it, but they declined. Very poor customer service overall. I would recommend purchasing directly from the manufacturer and never from Sjolie.
I started my spray tanning career a little under a year ago. I did my research and felt SJOLIE was the best place to get my gun & solutions. Every time I order, it comes quickly and my customers are always so happy with their spray tan. SJOLIE is NEVER orange. The Luxe Rapid is my customers top pick. It’s such an even, deep, beautiful color. I also love my sales girl, Kristen. She’s so helpful, and personable. I’ll never use a different company. SJOLIE HAS MINE & MY CUSTOMERS HEART.
I love the team and their products! The Sjolie solution is one of the best professional products you can get. The color, smell, blendabliby and results are always a 10/10. My clients love it and so do it! Plus the quick order response and shipping is amazing!
Sjolies customer service is top notch. There was an issue with a sample that I ordered and Kristen my rep rectified it immediately! Personalized and swift customer service is unheard of these days but not with Sjolie!
