I went for an appointment today with an elderly friend who was concerned that she made some errors while closing her Uncle’s estate. She was getting bills from creditors and had started paying them even though she was pretty sure she was not obligated to pay them. Mr. Tebelius was very reassuring and explained that indeed she did not have to pay them and gave her some recourses to stop the harassment from continuing.
