We moved to MN from Arizona where we had been resident. We had originated our trust documents in Arizona but wanted to make a few changes and freshen them as appropriate for our Minnesota residency. One meeting to explain our wishes, an emailed response with all the new language, and one to sign the documents. It was done efficiently, and Mark captured exactly what we wanted to have changed. We are very happy to have everything ship shape, and we very much appreciate the great service Mark provided.
I have worked with Mark Tebelius since 2004. He has provided estate planning advise and has been a pleasure to work with. Mark and his staff are always available and promptly deal with any of my requests.
