Poor customer service. I travelled over an hour to come to SJM to purchase products and a gift voucher. I arrived at 10.30AM as per opening hours registered. When I arrived the clinic was closed. No one answered the phones, no advertisement on website or sign on the door. I wrote an email to query and was not satisfied with reply received. I was told the store opened late and was not offered anything (not even free shipping on the products I travelled over an hour to purchase) I will find another clinic after this ordeal. I got an enzyme facial here, and the girl who did my facial didn’t seem knowledgeable at all about my skin type or what it needed. Really negligent, gave me a facial and I’ve had a skin barrier issue since. Don’t recommend.

I booked my first appointment at SJM after receiving a gift voucher- and what an amazing gift it was! I’ve loved every one of my treatments since, thanks to the loveliness of the team (special thanks to Steph and Karolina, who have gone above and beyond to help!), the beautiful products, relaxing atmosphere and visible results. They managed to keep my skin in check for my wedding, despite work stress, insufficient sleep and a less than admirable diet- no mean feat!
