Not even worth a star absolutely shocking company sold me a broken van that according to them was spot on not one issue and ignoring phone calls ended up blocking my number then to finally get in touch with james him then saying the company has closed down no doubt just to get away from everyones problems and there reviews to then open up as a different company
Do not buy from smart fish motor company. Recently purchased a van, called James within 14 days, to which he quoted to me ‘You are not returning that van to me for that’ I have since repaired the issue to my own cost, which James at the time said he would cover the cost. Now James and smart fish have blocked my number. Terrible customer service. Has left such a bad feeling.
Do not purchase a vehicle with this terrible company. We purchased a vehicle from James in September. We have since experienced problems with the vehicle. We contacted James directly who promised to rectify the problem and reimburse us for work completed. Upon completion, we made contact as agreed with the invoice. He is no longer returning emails and has blocked our phone number. Due to the time lapse, we are now out of our 30 day right to return. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Be careful!
Great communication when I was looking to buy a car but the after sales is a joke. I bough a car in July 330e bmw less then 2 weeks later the brake service light came on as they needed to be replaced and had an intermittent gearbox issue (in fairness to them on the gearbox no one can find the issue but has been fine for a while) as for the brakes was told they wouldn’t do anything.
