I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Ralliart that had issues with the transmission. A lot of people recommended SJL Custom Auto, and now I understand why. Stephen was really professional, knowledgeable, and went through all the steps with me. Not only was he able to find and fix all the issues, but he also recommended a few things that should have been done to prevent future problems. I am really impressed! Been trying to get my car in for work under warranty, as this shop rebuilt my transmission. They were replying me for a bit but haven’t heard back now and my car has been sitting for over a month. Unfortunately will most likely have to get my lawyer involved now or fix my rebuilt transmission out of pocket. Terrible customer service. Terrible response time. Very disappointed.
Steve and the guys are all stand up people and are experts at what they do, they quickly diagnose a problem with my Ralliart that a certified Mitsubishi dealership completely missed. This saved me tons of expenses on a new transmission, and now I have piece of mind that my car’s much more reliable then before. If you have an Evo, Ralliart or GTR these are the guys you want working on it, period.
