Very disappointed with SJK Collective, either they are disinterested in customer service or their business model is based on callout fees. I found them through a search on google and booked a callout for a technician to investigate why my solar hot water system as it was only producing warm water. Two technicians were sent on separate days to diagnose and in the end it was determined there was a fault with the hot water system which they could not fix or replace.
