The young electrician was fast, polite & efficicient. Under an hour he had our air con.up & running finding a simple solution. I'd recommend SJK the only company to fit an elderly couple in quickly without a two week wait. Rating of 5
The SLK team made themselves available at short notice to fix an emergency plumbing issue, showed up on time, did quality efficient work, and charged a fair price. Cleaned up after themselves, and generally went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to use them again.
UPDATE - upgraded to 3stars: We have received a genuine acknowledgement and apology. They have also noted the positive aspect we included in our review. While the impact on us at the time can't be changed, the company's honourable follow-up tells us they understand our point (of being informed to seek alternatives when advertised capabilities cannot be met); and for this we are increasing our original review from 2 star rating to now be 3 stars. We were already exhausted from an attempted home invasion/robbery and then our power needed emergency inspection. We work from home and have a small child. We put our trust in your local advertised 24 hours emergency service.
