Simon had been great in the past but has been very arrogant with our last two interactions. Although we explained our urgency with date deadlines and he agreed to try and help, he then would not respond to texts or calls. When I went in to see him he said “yeah I deleted it, because they didn’t turn me on to be honest.” I have no issue if he didn’t want to buy our cars but a simple text or phone call would have been sufficient, especially in such a stressful situation that he knew about.
