Sharan is a complete nightmare to deal with. She messed up my closing, failed to provide documents on time, and then demanded extra fees at the last minute. Because of her incompetence, I was forced to pay an extra $2,000. Instead of admitting her mistake, she blamed me and spoke with zero respect. She is rude, unethical, greedy, and arrogant. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from her.
THE MOST INCOMPETENT LAWYER FOR REAL ESTATE DEALS CLOSINGS. I had my sold property closing done in November 2024 from SJD LAW. Now after 6 months she is calling me that there are some overdue property taxes on it which i have to pay. It was her job to get all the deatails from the city to get the taxes statement at the closing but she didn’t felt like. Now i am getting crushed with 4 grand due to her negligence. So i suggest do not trust her and her way of working
