I can't recommend this place enough! The owner was incredibly kind and fixed my necklace clasp for free. The repair was quick, professional, and done with great care. It's rare to find such genuine kindness and honesty these days. Thank you so much for your generosity—I truly appreciate it and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I’ve used Jonathon a number of times in the past months, including for work on a family antique piece of jewellery. He is knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. I only wish I’d discovered him earlier and avoided all those trips to the city for jewellery work.

Jonathon recently resized my wedding ring and did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and responsive, and the whole process was very smooth. I'll definitely go back for any future jewelry work I might need.
