On the 27th of May, 2020 I was at Service King Collision San Gabriel, and their staff member told me I needed to call my Insurance Agent to get a claim number from Travelers in order to fix my car, so I called my Agent, Kristen Wu. Please note that the conversation took place in Chinese (Mandarin). I asked Kristen Wu to file a claim and give me the claim number, and Kristen Wu immediately started being rude saying how I am making her do a lot of work, and how I am very annoying.
