Steve was friendly from the offset when he came to quote. He was honest and not pushy one bit when assessing for the quote. Even when I asked about having something he told me straight away it wasn’t needed. When he came to do the installation he was excellent, he even repaired a couple of things that he pointed out and said he wasn’t happy to leave as they were and he didn’t charge me for it. Emailed Steve four months ago to book in a boiler service but no reply so emailed again. He replied saying he was very busy and couldn't do this for several weeks. Fair enough, but two months later, still no word, so I telephoned him and he assured me he would ring me back to book it in, but he never did. I gave up waiting and did not appreciate being messed around so gave my business to a deserving plumber. Complete time waster!
