I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the food service I received during my recent stay at Candler Hospital. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by repeated omissions in the meals provided, which raises concerns about the overall quality of service. I have a chronic condition and have had 5 surgeries at Candler Hospital. I have to rate all the services I received as a 5/5 for kindness. efficiency and explanations of the procedures that I have had from all the staff, however I have no choice but to rate my Recovery Room experiences as a 0/5. The WORST ER EVER! Got into a screaming, shouting match with the unprofessional male Charge Nurse in the middle of the hallway as he was trying to get me escorted out of the hospital by the Police because I asked for ANYBODY to get a Nurse to come check my mother in her room.
