I met Chip Cramer recently at a marina near Stuart. He showed a genuine interest in our boat and asked about her history. We talked for a while about boats and sailing and almost as an afterthought he mentioned he had a few boats listed for sale in the marina. Despite the hot yacht market, Chip Cramer promptly responded to our YachtWorld query with a followup phone call. We met the next day. Chip was up front about the boat, fairly assessing its condition, anticipated our questions and gave thorough answers. When we admitted why that boat wasn't our ideal, he listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions that were more to our ideal, even if it meant the only benefit was our finding the right boat for us.
