I have been trying to contact this company for 2 months via email, 12 emails have been sent with no reply. They have their office phone diverted to my private mobile number. I now advise people who ring trying to get hold of them to shop elsewhere. Appauling customer service.
Amazing service from the team (Ryan especially) at SJRV. Had a minor issue with some of our windows that was sorted out with no fuss and no cost to us. What amazing service.

Terrible quality and terrible customer service if you’re lucky to get through to them. My door is very rough to use. Tunnel boot hatches cracked , window fell apart and it’s been a mission to get a warranty claim in. Still waiting Sanjo
