SJ Plumbing did the plumbing for our new build house in Arnprior in 2021. Since the builder used him and he knew our house, we decided to use him for our water treatment system. After the install was complete and thousands of dollars later, we started having water pressure issues. We tried calling and texting Simon to perform the annual maintenance on our water treatment but he just ghosted us. He never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I called him and then texted him on the day of. I messaged him "thanks for the no show fella. Will remember that"... he replied right away with a thumbs up. He won't be in business long.
Quality plumbers on staff. Do not show up when scheduled and promised, do not contact when they can't arrive when scheduled, do not return messages related to rescheduling the work. Happy with the work. Very unhappy with lack of follow through.
