Tyrell attended today to fix my toilet. While here, I mentioned my gutters needed replacement. He advised me and have an excellent price. He was friendly, efficient and he was a pleasure to have here. I am very impressed with his willingness to help and his attitude overall. First up I will say that the plumbing job itself appears to have been done correctly. Leaks have stopped and everything looks to my untrained eye to be meeting the required standards. However, the patio has been left in a dirty mess afterwards. Splatter (mud/dirt/cement?) all over the pipes and wall. Lots of dirt and mud and footprints left behind on the patio. The photos only show part of it. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect if you're paying over $7000 for a day-and-a-half job that they'll spend 20 or 30 minutes do... read more
