- Obtained a quote from Ed as a back up for our insurance works as we werent sure insurance would fix following cyclone Alfred. - Paid S&J $700 for roof inspection - was told that he would do minimal fixes if needed. No minimal fixes completed. - Quote received following roof inspection: Works 1: Vent Penetrations on roof Works 2: Flex Flashing on a shared wall - Insurance came through and said we can fix the vent penetrations.
