We hired Neathawk in February 2025 to order and install three doors (including a front mahogany door, a Dutch door, and a back door with hardware) along with three large custom windows. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and prolonged due to repeated errors and lack of attention to detail. Robbie Goad is the best...I have been working with the contractors on things that were still not right with door installations. I called Robbie to come see if my problem was a door/manufacture issue or if it was a installation issue. It turned out to be a installation issue but Robbie had a quick fix that he could do and in less than 10 mins. the doors are working as they should, No more slamming or beating on the door to close it. Purchased an Andersen E-Series (Andersen bought Eagle) slider with an internal blind in August 2023. Installed 11/9/23 11/13/23: blind mechanism failed (couldn’t raise or lower blinds) 11/20/23: Neathawk tech came to check. Ordered replacement parts. 1/11/24: Parts arrived 1/22/24: Neathawk tech replaced parts 1/27 – 3/23/24: both blind mechanisms failed Feb 2024: replacement doors ordered May 2024: sliders replaced, but they were sent without the blind mechanisms and one of the replacement trims was incorrect. 7/11/24: Neat... read more
