We hired Neathawk in February 2025 to order and install three doors (including a front mahogany door, a Dutch door, and a back door with hardware) along with three large custom windows. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and prolonged due to repeated errors and lack of attention to detail. When installation of the front door was scheduled, we were surprised to learn that the sales representative, Ty, had never ordered the hardware. Robbie Goad is the best...I have been working with the contractors on things that were still not right with door installations. I called Robbie to come see if my problem was a door/manufacture issue or if it was a installation issue. It turned out to be a installation issue but Robbie had a quick fix that he could do and in less than 10 mins. the doors are working as they should, No more slamming or beating on the door to close it.
