Purchased an Andersen E-Series (Andersen bought Eagle) slider with an internal blind in August 2023. Installed 11/9/23 11/13/23: blind mechanism failed (couldn’t raise or lower blinds) 11/20/23: Neathawk tech came to check. Ordered replacement parts. 1/11/24: Parts arrived 1/22/24: Neathawk tech replaced parts 1/27 – 3/23/24: both blind mechanisms failed Feb 2024: replacement doors ordered May 2024: sliders replaced, but they were sent without the blind mechanisms and one of the replacement trims was incorrect. 7/11/24: Neat... read more
This company does not know anything about Anderson windows! And their customer response is horrible. It has been 6 months and I still have not received my glazing beads, and they don't even know how to order the correct size. I found out how to determine the appropriate size through the Anderson website. If you need Anderson Window repairs or installation call Franklin Glass. Franklin Glass knows what they are doing!
