Since day 1 I’ve had nothing but problems with it and umpteen times I’ve brought it back to you and after having my car for a whole week you refused to get it fixed!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I've bought a car and a warranty a year ago and I had same issues as people below who left poor reviews. My car started having issues and nothing EVER was covered by the warranty. Every time John (manager) would say it's "wear and tear" and not covered by the warranty. When they "fixed" the car they would never communicate the cost in advance, only after "fixing" the car they would tell how much that would be. Every time I asked what has been changed I had the feeling that they didn't want to explain it.... read more
