I was nervous about this location due to 3 stars! The front desk Reception was amazing !she was so sweet to my kids ! And the staff and nurses were very also nice!
I walked in at 10:35am. There were only 4 patients sitting in the waiting area. By 11:30 i was put in a room and they came at 12:00 to do signals and i still was going to wait for the Doctor. Walked out of here at 1:00pm Its really slow and youl be here for ever!
I feel blessed to have stumbled on to this urgent care facility. Both times I had to seek care after hours they were there when most urgent cares have already closed. Both Dr Koka and Michell NP were terrific. Really helped w/something I had nvr dealt with before. Out of the other two I dealt with I only got 1 name, Christine MA. I truly received the best care. The front office girls were very friendly and pleasant allowing me to vent about my situation that was a bit scary as it was an unfamiliar condition for me. Thank you... read more
