In and out never had any problems. Only issue I ever had however was unfortunately i left my wallet in the room and when I went back for it it was gone.... so that never sat right with me of course.

I went to this urgent care because I had a very painful, swollen lump near the top of my butt crack. The pain was severe, and I was having difficulty sitting and even lying down comfortably. The doctor examined me and told me that it was just a cyst and that I would be fine. Nothing was done to drain it, and I was not given treatment. I left feeling like I was being told to simply deal with the pain. Because the pain continued to get worse, I ended up going to the ER. Very disappointed I went into the urgent care with extreme back pain and after waiting for a long time, the doctor finally came in never introduced herself never did any sort of physical exam did not touch me only asked me my symptoms then said well I can’t really prescribe anything, so what do you want me to do? I end up going to the emergency room after that with a major infection of my bladder that could’ve spread to my kidneys if I did not go in so I will never be going to this urgent care again since you literally did n... read more
