We used SJ Hauck to take down our old home, put pillings in, and build our new two story modular home. You can imagine how stressful this project can be for the homeowner, but SJ Hauck had a great team and operation to make it easier. I purchased a home from SJ Hauck in the beginning of this year while I was living in another State. It was an older home which was purchased by the company and then moved to a vacant lot by the company. The company proceeded to rehabilitate the home. My wife and I made the tough decision to have our old home razed and build a new larger home for our expanding family. After inspecting our rancher, Mike suggested not demolishing the home ( which was in great shape for the most part), but having SJH pick the house up and move it to a new location.
