5 stars all around. Their service may not be the cheapest but it's definitely some of the best in NYC. We have an old duel purpose furnace from the 70s that's hard to find people knowledge enough to actually work on but their guys know their stuff and can always fix the issue. Their techs are very friendly and willing to chat with you (I kid you not when I say some of the best conversations I've had lately are with their people) and they're willing to teach you things along the way so you can better care for the unit yoursel... read more
