Had my Snapper rear engine picked up and dropped off for maintenance work at the start of this mowing season. It was a tight squeeze, being spring time busy, and a few more issues arose. Their mechanic, Justin, was super knowledgeable—not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also knew a ton of extra information about the engine that I had no idea about.
