I have to edit my review.. i had booked for a swedish massage then was told by the woman at the front i needed the acupressure because of how tight my shoulders were, all i wanted was a relaxing massage but instead it was so painful. it’s the next day and i’m in an extreme amount of pain i have bruising all up and down my back, even when the masseuse said “ok?” i’ve said no a few times and her response was “you have knots”.. and kept going hard over the sore spots. I’ve gotten my lashes done multiple times and not once has it ever been that uncomfortable/painful. I couldn’t even get comfortable. The real problem I had was how rude my tech was. Upon arrival she was already very dismissive, seemed upset I used Groupon. During the duration of my lash set, any time I raised a concern or complained about discomfort I was met with a nasty attitude then at the end of the appointment asked for gratuity as if I didn’t already pay $45 extra on too of the service I already paid for. Edit: I want to start off with an apology of my previous review, I was not well informed of the benefits and methods used for a deep tissue massages or cupping. Even though I was thrown off with the method of service and additional payments I now know the benefits of everything done and why it was done the way it was! My family is in extreme pain as of a day later but my grandmother is already feeling better and her circulation has increased removing the numbness she had in her hand and foot!
