We used the sizzler for our daughter's outdoor wedding two years ago with hip of beef buffet (140 people) and again last week for our son's wedding (190 people) with chicken and port buffet. This wedding was during hurricane Debby and they got stuck coming down the field and had to get a tractor to pull them out. They prevailed and delivered a fantastic meal as per usual and very friendly and efficient workers. Thanks for a great experience both times guys. I do recommend you guys to lots of people.
The Hip Of Beef meal prepared for and catered to the PEI Potato Blossom Festival Farmer's Banquet was just so delicious. Fantastic options of choice for salads and potatoes. Dessert was divine. Catering staff were very pleasant and kept the dishes of food well stocked. Hip of beef was so tender and moist, no problem cutting with just a fork. Meat cutter, also, had a great personality and asked what your preference was! Fabulous meal!!

Their undercooked chicken at a wedding gave me food poisoning.
Just experienced your pork and chicken buffet yesterday with your employees Paddy and Jaz. They really did a great job for a group of Seniors on PEI. The meat and potatoes were hot when they were served. The salads fresh and plenty to eat Paddy and Jaz were working from start to finish. Great lads !!
