We haven't been to the Sizzler in a year and stopped by tonight. Service was lousy...salad bar lousy..hair in the chicken...poor selection on salads....It wasn't busy and the main course took to long...come to find out they didn't get our order. Manager was hasseling a couple of ladies about getting the remainder of thier salad in go boxes ..the table over. Very poor taste..to. humiliate them like that . we will never go back again. Bad service..nasty food...inexperienced manager...we walked out.

While celebrating my wife' s birthday today 9.1.2013, our car was burglarized in the parking lot of Sizzlers in Albany, CA. Several valuable items were taken from the car and the window was smashed and broken to pieces. Management was informed but was indifferent and showed no concern for our plight. We regularly eat at this establishment after church every weekend, as so do many others also. Now it makes us think twice before patronizing this place, not because the food is not great, but more of security concerns.

I recently been to this sizzlers location and the lne was very long. I had no problem with it im used to waiting in long lines.. But to get to the point i was very satisfied with my service i believe her name was kristina she was very helpfull an i never had to ask where is my waiter.. an the cashier deandrie was very helpfull pointed out somethings that made my meal cheaper an he had a great attitude.. Thank you for your experience expect to see be there real soon

Always Consistently & Reliably Good – Have been going to this Sizzler for years & I have never been disappointed. I am the kind that finds what they like & I stick with it & Sizzler allows for that. Salad bar is always fresh & full & the GREAT chicken wings & clam chowder are always there & always hot. Another thing I like is the flavored lemonades.

Used to be really good. What happened? – My husband and I go to this Sizzler about twice a month for the salad bar, not the cooked food. I have always been impressed with how many options they had on the salad bar. They have recently changed the bar and took some the things I liked away. They had less fruit to choose from and the watermelon was dryed out and not fresh. They took away the avocados and they are my favorite. Worst Experience I've Ever Had... – On Feb 26th, after attending Church, I took my entire family and in-laws to the Sizzlin at 275 E Foothill Blvd. After 15 minutes only 2/8 people at our table were served. Another 20 minutes went by and our orders came out, but they were incorrect. I told the waitress that there was a problem with our order and she began to argue with me about what I ordered! Horrible – WIll NEVER go back. Restrooms were filthy (trash overflowing, dirty toilet, sink and floor) and smelled. Buffet was fairly empty, shredded chicken was not shredded. There were peas in the cheese- was it supposed to be for nachos or over noodles? Items were not labeled. The entrees took aprox. 30 min to come out. The owner who took the order got it wrong and then came out and removed food from the plates. He was rude to my family and did not try to improve the situation. Better than Sizzler!! – Found this place by mistake and was quite a pleasant surprise. They had a variety of food options to pick from and food was quite delicious. Way better than Sizzler!!!! Will defiantly go back!

Family/steak house – My wife, kids, and I went into Sizzler the other day and were very very pleased. The restaurant was very clean and had a good atmosphere. Even the bathroom was clean (the MEN'S). I ordered the Sizzler sirloin and Salad Bar and it came out definitely sizzling and cooked to perfection. The mushrooms were also amazing. The salad bar was very clean for how busy it was, food wasn't spilled all over or anything. I loved the clam chowder and the variety of fresh fruit.
