Siz Siz is the worst insurance agent I have ever had. She has made 4 major mistakes with my insurance. The worst mistake was that she forgot to file all of my paper work so my home insurance almost got cancelled. She does not communicate well in english. She is a nice person but really bad at her job.
Sizsiz has been my insurance agent for 18+ years and she has been amazing! When I was fresh out of college she did my first rental policy for my apartment and car. She was there with great advice when we purchased our home and added cars to our policy. What I admire most is her honesty. She doesn't try to sell me anything that I don't need. I'm so appreciative of her and the level of customer service that I've received over the years. My insurance increased in the middle of my policy period because this agent "inadvertently" added additional coverage to the policy without any consent or notification.
