I bought the 3 storage auction units on February 5,2026. Today is February 18,2026. When will I be contacted or refunded my 400$? I've called multiple times a day and keep getting told I will hear back from a manager within 24 hours. NO ONE has reached back out to me. This feels like a scam to keep deposits. I’ve purchased over 100 units from other storage facilities and have Never had this issue before.

Leaving a very bad situation and moving to a different town was so stressful but Siyata storage took away a major part of the moving stress with the simple steps it took renting and getting instant access, units are very clean and the comfort of knowing everything I own is safe with all the security precautions they take is a huge plus! 100% recommend
I went to the facility this morning and couldn't use the gate code to open the gate. The facilities phone is "disconnected" so I haven't been able to contact anyone. Payments up to date, everything. I'm not able to access my work tools needed.
The staff here is amazing and understanding. Couldnt ask for better people to rent from.
