We first stayed here a few years ago so knew it would be great but this visit totally exceeded our expectations. We booked a budget room and on arrival were given room 11 in the annex at the rear or the premises. It was absolutely immaculate! It has clearly just been renovated and everything is brand new. New bed, new bathroom, new furniture, new carpets, TV etc etc, in essence this is a new hotel. The room was very large with a kitchenette with fridge, microwave etc, again all brand new. Do not book here. What you see in the photos are misleading. Undergoing renovations. Dusty, noisy and unsafe. Owner promised refund. Did not deliver through booking.com
