This is from a fellow Yelp resident at 60 Spring : The location is convenient, and the high ceilings and tall windows are nice features. But the quality of living is pretty poor if you need to concentrate in your unit (it would be TERRIBLE place if you had plans for a home office) or if you enjoy peace and quiet and like to relax in the evening. Management is always on top of it and very good at response time!
I have lived at Sixty Spring for 2 years now and have truly nothing but the best things to say. The office staff and maintenance are always on it! The building offers amazing tall ceilings and large windows which have been great for my plants! We are in a metropolitan area so you can at times expect what you find in bigger cities! But overall as a single female I have never felt unsafe. I would highly recommend!!
