I stayed there regularly for several years. Never again. It went from being cheap but decent, to filthy and rat infested. Desk staff are rude and rates are no longer cheaper than other places in town. When you build a Hotel right next to railroad tracks, you really need to have something else going for you. Motel 66 does not anymore.
