Same experience happened when using the coupon for discounts. They will not honor the coupon if you don't present prior service. Just really bad business practice enticing customers for a coupon and not honoring it because of the rule they put in place. No repeat business for me on this site. Just not worth it.

I am a repeat customer, I witnessed that Caucasian lady arguing. She was in the wrong, creating a disturbance with the business and customers waiting. I will not go anywhere else but MacArthur Smog check. The service is excellent and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend MacArthur Smog check. I'm a senior citizen, lived in the area over 10 years. This is the best place to go. You are in and out, quick and very friendly service.
I'm really sad to be doing this because I felt really good about this place until this experience but I feel wronged and would hate for anyone else to have the same experience. I came in and got my car smogged, everything was fine until I presented an online coupon. It has a small notice saying to present prior to the work being done which I didn't see.
